Using Data Science to Recruit Data Professionals

Abstract

Many companies leverage data professionals in different business functions. Despite their popularity, these roles typically take twice as long to fill as similar jobs. In this talk, I will discuss how TapRecruit uses data to understand which ‘common-sense’ judgements hurt hiring teams looking for data professionals in competitive talent markets.
